There is no doubt that human behavior plays a key role in health-related issues. In addition, many studies have shown how difficult it is to understand and change human behavior and how wonderful it is to consider the complex factors that trigger behavior. The most important characteristic that distinguishes successful health education researchers and practitioners from those who do not is the ability to use theory, that is, the ability to apply theory to practice. Therefore, in this course, many theories related to health will give an overall look at how to change human behavior.

In this course, students will learn about the increase in quantity and size in terms of form in physical development, and the quantitative and qualitative increase in functional aspects and differentiation and skill. Also, learn how the changes in healthcare brought by the 4th Industrial Revolution can contribute to growth and development.

¡à Physiology for Wellness 1-1-3-3
If physiology is a study that understands the structure and function of the human body and how the human body responds to and adapts to external stimuli such as stress, environment, and exercise, physiology for wellness goes beyond well-being to wellness, which means active and creative health. The goal is to understand and learn how physiology can contribute to wellness based on your understanding of it.

Students learn about a variety of injuries that can occur in unexpected situations, and learn how to respond quickly in many situations and how to prevent them in advance.

¡à Sport for Health & Rehabilitation 1-1-3-3
This course aims to learn how to manage health through sports and physical activities, learn how to use sports and physical activities for people who need rehabilitation, and further explore ways to apply health care through sports in local communities. Specifically, students learn about the physically disabled as well as the process of promoting recovery mentally, socially, economically and professionally.

¡à Alternative Medicine for Healthcare 1-1-3-3
Complementary and alternative therapies, which are in the spotlight as new medicine in the 21st century, help treat diseases that modern medicine cannot solve. The lecture on alternatives to health management introduces various uses of alternative therapies, from the theoretical background of alternative therapies, to types and diagnostics, treatments for each disease, and treatments for typical diseases. In addition, we intend to practice and contribute to improving our health and improving the quality of life through the use of alternative therapies.

This course examines the details of mental illness, a pathology in modern society, and helps to understand mental health comprehensively. In this subject, we will grasp the aspects of various diseases and learn specific health management methods according to these diseases from the perspectives of traditional healthcare and smart healthcare. In this course, you will learn about Pilates' main movement using rollers, elastic bands, magic circles, and pinky balls as well as the Pilates theory on the main movements, proper breathing methods, and specific posture alignment.
